The "Honigland" practice area is next to the Prätschli ski lift and can be used free of charge. It has a conveyor belt lift, a normal ski lift and several obstacle courses for practising turns.

We know that here at the Waldhotel Arosa, which is why we do everything we can to ensure families have a great holiday with us. When the sun is shining there is so much to see, do and explore out in the mountains, while on snowy and cold days there is still plenty to keep kids busy in the hotel.
The best thing is that it is just a short walk from the Waldhotel Arosa to the skilifts. This means guests can enjoy ski-in / ski-out holidays with us. No need to squeeze into a packed skibus or sit in traffic jams – simply walk to the lifts in the morning and back in the afternoon. Easy!

Kids' club, children's restaurant and more!
The Waldhotel kids' club at the Waldhotel Arosa is the place where our youngest guests (aged three years and older) can play, have fun and make new friends. Some of the highlights include a ballpit, a slide, table tennis, a pool table and an arts & crafts corner. During the winter months the club offers a range of activities led by our friendly and experienced childcare expert.
The family-friendly Waldhotel Arosa also has its own children's restaurant, where kids can eat together with their new friends under the watchful eye of a childcare expert, as well as a special children's buffet, spa and beauty treatments for youngsters, a discounted pass for activities in the region and a babysitting service.

As the sun goes down, Arosa's floodlit toboggan run comes to life! Night tobogganing is great fun for all the family, especially if you round off the evening with a hearty Swiss fondue or a legendary "Tschuggenkafi".
- Operating hours: toboggan run and Kulm cable car open thursdays, 6 pm until 9 pm
- Final check of the pistes: 10 pm
- Night tobogganing takes places in all weathers
